Seasonal rentals are fully furnished short term leases starting from November through May. Season typically coincides with Thanksgiving and Passover/Easter.
The Condo Associations require a minimum lease of 90 days.
Please do not inquire for weekly or monthly rentals for less than 90 days.
Inquiries for less than 90 days will not be responded to.
All rentals less than 181 days are subject to 11% tax, without exception.

Tenants are responsible for the the electricity and long distance phone bills while the lease is in effect. All tenants must receive approval from the Condo Association, which require an application fee ($100-$125) and fully refundable common area deposit ($500-$1500).
